The Gant is a self-contained condominium conference resort set on five beautifully landscaped acres at the foot of Aspen Mountain. The heart of downtown Aspen is only three blocks away from the Gant, putting over 200 shops, restaurants and clubs within easy walking distance. The Gant offers 1, 2, 3, and 4 bedroom condominiums, all of which include a wood-burning fireplace, patio or balcony, and a fully equipped kitchen.All reservations require a 50% deposit. Deposits are due within ten days of the reservation request. Interest earned on advance deposits shall be retained by The Gant.All Deposits can be made by travel agent check, personal orbusiness checks, or credit card: Checks must be in US dollars, Credit cards accepted include MC, VI, AMEX, DINERS, DISCOVERPayment in full is due 30 days prior to arrival. Payment infull for our Holiday Season, from 18December through 02January, reservations is due by 01October.Cancellation Policy:SPRING/FALL: 90% of all monies received will be refunded if notice of cancellation is received more than seven days prior to arrival. WINTER/LOW: 90% of all monies received will be refunded if notice of cancellation is received more than 30 days prior to arrival. If notice of cancellation is received less than30 days prior to arrival, 90% of all monies will berefunded only if the unit is re-rented for the entireperiod of the reservation.Effective 11/1/04 - There is a 5.00USD resort fee per night. This fee includes high speed internet access, local phone calls, 800 line access, incoming faxes, and tennis court time in the summer.
