The Pines Lodge was built in 1989 (originally Camberly Lodge). It was renovated in 2003. It is a beautiful property in an amazing setting. The Pines Lodge invokes a feeling of a deluxe European chalet with hand paintings along hallways and on guest room doors. The Pines Lodge is a ski in/out property which uses Strawberry Park chairlift for easy access. The concierge at The Pines Lodge is pleased to assist you in making reservations for activities (both summer and winter) and for dinner at any of the wonderful restaurants found in Beaver Creek and surrounding areas. SUMMER - 15APRIL02-14NOVEMBER02 And 14APRIL03-22NOVEMBER03 - A One Night Deposit Is Collected At The Time Of Reservation. The Initial Deposit Is Non-Refundable In The Event Of A Cancellation. The Full Amount Is Due And Non-Refundable On Arrival Date. WINTER - 15NOVEMBER02-25DECEMBER02 AND 05JANUARY03-13APRIL03 A 1-Night Room And Tax Deposit Is Collected At The Time Of Reservation. The Balance Is Due 30 Days Prior To Arrival. The Initial Deposit Is Non-Refundable In The Event Of A Cancellation. Cancellations Within 30 Days Of Arrival Are Subject To Full Forfeiture Of Total Room Cost. *Any Reduction Of Nights Booked Will Be Charged To The Guest. *Balance Due Is Automatically Charged On Due Date. Holiday Season - A 25% (One Night For Stays Less Than Four Nights) Deposit Is Collected At The Time Of Reservation. The Balance Is Due November 1, 2002. The Initial Deposit Is Non-Refundable In The Event Of A Cancellation. Cancellations After November 1, 2002 Are Subject To Full Forfeiture Of Total Room Cost. *Any Reduction Of Nights Booked Will Be Charged To The Guest. *Balance Due Is Automatically Charged On Due Date.
