Fifty-percent of your lodging and tax are due at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Should cancellation become necessary 30 days or more before your arrival date, one-half of your deposit will be refunded. Should you need to cancel or leave before your reserved time you will be responsible for the entire time reserved.
