Please note the Marco Island Marriott Resort Golf Club and Spa will be undergoing a two-phase guest room balcony enhancement project July 25-December 20 2005 and again May 21-December 31 2006. Windows and frames in select public areas of the hotel will also be replaced. There will be substantial noise and disruption at times, however, the hotel is making every effort to ensure a positive resort experience for its guests. Work will take place 9am-5pm Monday through Friday.
